This error means your Stardog server could not reach the endpoint of your data source. This error is common for users of Stardog Cloud endpoints. If this describes you, you will need to whitelist produswest2-vg-egress.stardog.cloud and/or 44.238.183.206 within the environment containing your data source (e.g., Azure) so Stardog Cloud can reach it. If this does not describe you, open a Support ticket with the following information:
- the full JDBC URL you're trying to connect to
- your data source properties
- your stardog.log file
- the results of your attempt to reach the data source via
curlortraceroute
