When you enable Voicebox for the first time, the named graphs from reasoning.schemas are added to search.semantic.index.contexts.filter. If you create a new named graph and map it to a new data model, you will need to manually add it to search.semantic.index.contexts.filter. You can also create a new model with an empty named graph and populate the model/named graph afterwards; this is how Designer publishes new models.
If you do not add the named graphs to search.semantic.index.contexts.filter, you will get this error:
