If you are not able to find the solution to your problem and you are not on the most recent version of Stardog, consider upgrading. We continually improve our query engine, and it's possible that we've already solved your problem in a recent release.
If you are on the most recent version of Stardog and still seeing issues, please attach the stardog.log file and the query profile to your support ticket.
