Endlessly spinning wheel when trying to add a project resource

This issue is caused by Designer trying to load more metadata from data sources than your browser can handle. To prove this is in fact the cause, try creating a user that has access to exactly one data source (permission `ALL Data Source:[name of one of your data sources]`). Try adding a project resource again and see if you get taken to the next screen (rather than getting the endless wheel). If you do, too much metadata is the problem.

To troubleshoot this, try removing access (through Studio's security tab) to data sources your user doesn't need. If you've done this and are still have the endless wheel, open a support ticket.
