First, turn on your Stardog BI server, as discussed here (Cloud users: see here).
Then follow these instructions from Databricks's documentation, filling in the information for your Stardog endpoint (with the BI port).
Edit the connection to set "Trust server certificates" to true (under "Advanced options"):
