The account you use to log in to Stardog Cloud (aka the Cloud portal or Cloud login) is different from the user you use to perform actions in Stardog.
To reset your password for the former, see this article. (If you're using SSO, you'll reset your password with your identity provider.) This cannot be done via the CLI or Studio.
