Failed verify the JWT: The Token has expired on [date]

This error is usually caused by a stale token cached in your browser. Try clearing your cookies and browser cache in the browser you use for Launchpad and try logging in again. You can also try logging in in an incognito browser.


If you do that and start getting this message "Failed verify the JWT: Failed to get key with kid [key id]", see the "keyUrl is not resolvable" section of this article.
