I know I'm entering the right credentials; why can't I connect?

Usernames are case-sensitive when connecting to your BI server. It's easy to forget this because your username is usually an email address, which in most cases is not case-sensitive. Try again, making sure you get the username exactly right. Also try resetting the user's password to ensure you're entering the exact right value for that, as well.
