I am unable to see my Cloud Endpoint when I login

If upon logging into Stardog Cloud, you are unable to see your endpoint and instead only see the "New Stardog Cloud Endpoint" and "Existing Stardog Endpoint" connection options:


Go to https://cloud.stardog.com/get-started


Click on the "verify your email address" link at the top of the "Get Started with Stardog Cloud" page:


Choose one of the options to resend the Verification email:


If you click the link in the email and see an error similar to the one below, it is possible the Verification still went through. Please go back to https://cloud.stardog.com, click your name in the bottom left corner, click Logout, and then log back in again.




If you still don't see your endpoint, please submit a Support Ticket with the email address for your Stardog Cloud account and, if known, the Endpoint URL.



If you did not receive the email, check your Spam folder. 


If you still do not see the within 20-30 minutes, please submit a Support Ticket with the email address for your Stardog Cloud account and, if known, the Endpoint URL.
