If you get this error message, it means something is preventing your machine from talking to your Stardog server. This is usually caused by a VPN or firewall, and you should talk to your internal IT department to ensure both your Stardog server and cloud.stardog.com are whitelisted on your network. If you've done that and are still having an issue, take a screenshot of the browser console after you've triggered this error and attach it to a support ticket.
You can open the browser console with Cmd + Option + J on Mac and Ctrl + Shift + J on Windows.
